Over 10 days and 50 hours of training, we will explore in detail concepts that will empower your teaching and fill you with confidence in finding your authentic voice as an Anusara Inspired Teacher.
Together we will cover:
- Progressive Sequencing
- How to teach the UPA’s in all classes of poses
- How to incorporate heart centered instruction into teaching alignment
- Using Life as Food for Heart Centered Themes
- Therapeutic Adjustments and Assists in Class
- How to instruct using Focal Points and the Loops
- Use of passive, active and investigative voice
- Linking Instructions
